Cassandra multi-tasks like a pro. Because she is. Whether it’s reading and walking on the treadmill at the gym, kick boxing, juggling multiple cases at once, or staying up-to-date on changes in several different areas of the law, she’s on it! Which is part of what makes her such a great attorney.
She is a profoundly curious person, and wants to understand every aspect of every case. She digs into the details, and makes a genuine effort to get to the bottom of things. And not just the law. Cass want to know everything about everything.
If you’ve ever been around a child for more than five minutes, you’ve probably heard them ask ‘why?’ It’s a staple in most kids’ vocabulary, and they use it a lot. But for Cassandra, it’s a state of being. She turned the question ‘why’ into an art form at an early age, and she’s never stopped since. Decades later, she still wants all the answers. That is probably why she’s such a good mom. And when you’re the mother of twin teenage boys, you know that’s an accomplishment!
Cassandra decided to become a lawyer when she was very young. During a trip to Mt.Vernon and Washington D.C with her family, Cassandra laid eyes on the Declaration of Independence and learned about the first Continental Congress for the first time. From that moment on, she knew what she wanted to do with her life. She wanted to be an attorney, and an advocate for people who needed help. It became her life’s mission. And she never stopped pursuing it.
After high school Cassandra went on to get her law degree at Michigan State University College of Law, although back then, it was called the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University at the time. She got her first job as a counselor and legal advocate for victims of sexual and domestic violence, and then worked for several other law firms before finally settling in at The Kronzek Firm. And we couldn’t be more proud to have her!
Cass brings her considerable abilities and skills to the table with every case she takes on. Whether it’s a high conflict divorce case, helping a family with custody issues, or defending parents engaged in a battle with CPS, she tackles it with that same ferocity and unyielding desire to know everything. (So we don’t advise playing Trivial Pursuit with her unless you like to get crushed.) It’s one of the many reasons she’s such a good attorney.
But practicing the law isn’t the only thing Cassandra is good at. She is also an avid hiker and traveler – two passions that she like to combine while vacationing. She’s hiked among Mayan ruins and through jungles. She’s hiked arid trails through desert terrain, and across beaches all around Michigan and on the Pacific coast. She even likes to snorkel, and has dived in three major oceans so far.
Cass is a woman of many interests. From action movies to sushi to ancient military history books, she has a wide range of interests. She’s also seen a lot of the world. From cruising in the Caribbean, traveling the US, and visiting Central America, there’s little that Cassandra doesn’t embrace and enjoy. And that’s part of what makes her such a great attorney – her avid interest in every aspect of life, and her desire to get to know the people behind the stories.
