Families facing major life transitions deserve an attorney who brings both strength and compassion to the table. At The Kronzek Firm, Mieke V. Weissert is known for her calm, nonjudgmental approach and her unwavering dedication to the people she serves. With more than 20 years of experience in Michigan family law, she guides clients through divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and other complex matters with clarity, respect, and steady reassurance. Mieke understands that family law issues are deeply personal. She takes the time to listen, to understand your concerns, and to explain your options in straightforward language. Her goal is always to craft a strategy that protects your rights while supporting your long-term goals. As a trained mediator and former Judicial Law Clerk for a local family court judge, she blends strong advocacy with practical problem-solving—helping clients resolve disputes efficiently and maintain control over the outcome whenever possible.

Before entering the legal profession, Mieke developed the discipline and focus that define her work today as a lifelong gymnast. She earned a full gymnastics scholarship to Central Michigan University, where she served as cocaptain of the CMU Gymnastics Team and graduated cum laude. She is also a proud inductee of the North Allegheny High School Sports Hall of Fame. Mieke went on to earn her law degree from The University of Akron School of Law, graduating in the top third of her class and gaining valuable experience with the university’s Office of General Counsel.

Outside the office, Mieke enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, and exploring Michigan’s beautiful beaches during the summer months.

Whether through mediation or litigation, Mieke stands beside her clients with compassion, clear communication, and unwavering dedication. At The Kronzek Firm, she is committed to helping families move forward with stability, confidence, and peace
of mind.
